Never again will we stop here! We use Upside, and they require us to take a picture the receipt. We've been here about half a dozen times, and not once did the pump have receipt paper. I know it's a way to force people into the store, but I don't appreciate being manipulated. Today was the first time I have used the restroom there. If you are larger than a size 18, you may not in their tiny stalls, and if you are handicapped, forget about it.
The hospitality here is amazing. The people are so friendly.
Jody was awesome but the problem is she is the only one running the whole store and she doesn’t have time in between customers to clean the showers ! Come on guys one employee to run the whole store for 8 hours ,coffee can’t be made and showers can’t be cleaned ! Everyone that couldn’t get a shower was very disappointed with this chain ! I thought more of you than this. I thought you cared about the truckers, but obviously warm coffee and showers don’t matter.
