This company made an unauthorized withdrawal from my bank account. When I called the company to get it resolved, the even freely admitted it and said they'd issue a refund. The next day my bank account was still the same, so I called them to get the refund initiation in writing. At one point, the lady told me, "it wasn't stolen from you because the return has been issued". That was 5 days ago.
