I had a disappointing experience at this tax office. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they did not provide any tax advice. I expected better service and guidance.
Great guy, down to earth. Explained everything in normal people words. His secretary is super friendly and welcoming. I'll be back next year for sure!
We have been using Roach's tax services for many years and have always been more that satisfied with the process start to finish. Barry also makes himself available off tax season to address any other issues that may surface. Barry was a huge help during 2020 with PPP application. Could not have done it without Roach's!! The WORST experience I've ever had. I will never come here again, the owner and the employee are extremely rude. I took my taxes here two years ago, they had my taxes for 3 months and didn't do them. When I called to check the status of my taxes, I was told that he wasn't going to do them until everyone else's taxes were done despite him having them for THREE MONTHS.
