I realize this is a collection lawyer so most people are probably disgruntled when dealing with them, but never have I dealt with such a lack of respect when I'm trying to PAY MY DEBT. The receptionist(s) both my husband and I have dealt with is a smartass and very unhelpful. We sent them a money order to take care of everything and THEY LOST IT. We had tracking on it and have confirmation it was delivered but they have nothing. Now we have to get a refund and redo the money order, which we were told would take up to 30 days... read more
This place is a joke. The attorney **** is a joke, he couldnt litigate himself out of a paper bag. You have to wonder why he takes a job like this well because hes a terrible attorney. Roache, I think the name speaks for itself. He doesnt have a top notch office staff because what he does is not considered law to me. Small claims court, you can defend yourself. Just a joke.
We recently chose to not pay our HOA dues in order to get the HOA to address some lacking issues. I was happy with our management group OMNI's, response. However, I have been completed disappointed by the lack of professionalism at Rouche and Associates. Firstly, they are not BBB accredited, huge red flag. I went to look for their website to see how I could make a payment, and all I could find was a Facebook page.
