Disgusting how they speak to you. TONY SINGH is verbally abusive to whoever he speaks to. He threatens his clients and hangs up the phone on you if he doesnt like what you say. He is extremely unprofessional and should be removed from this practice.
These people are Liars, just to try to get money from you, plus they got cero profesionalism. They don't even deserv one star. Just look all the others reviews. No more to say.
Same as all of the other poor reviews. Timothy Murpha was very rude saying he was an attorney for a case against me. I let him know there was already an attorney assigned to the case from before and it was a duplicate case. He laughed and said oh no he would see me in court, serve me papers, etc. I let him know once I recieved the papers id give him a call. Timothy Murtha, as TONY SING (as most reviews here mention him) is a profit splitting Partner, is not and has never been licensed to collect debts in New York City as required by New York City Admin. Code § 20-490, yet has engaged and continues to engage in the collection of debts within New York City. Murtha is a DEBT COLLECTOR and is liable for acts of his subsidiaries, interns, affiliates and independent contracts.
