I just wanted one picture of my child, but they force you to buy a Package!. The cheapest with smallest wallet pictures (no background) is 17 dollars which turns to almost 40! dollars on the checkout with all the extra ridiculous fees!

My child had level 3 autism and is in a special needs class. I opened her photo and instantly felt sick to my stomach. My heart was broken. Having a non verbal child and worrying about them all day everyday when you aren’t around is hard enough but then to get a photo sent to your email (they didn’t give me the paper because of how sad it was) and see them crying and so visibly upset and probably scared Is just awful. Do not use Ro Mo Photo. They ruined my daughter's senior photo shoot. This was supposed to be a happy fun day. The photographer had no idea what she was doing. They are very unprofessional and they do not know how to do photography. We had the worst experience there and the owner and staff are very rude. Go anywhere else but this place of you want good pictures.
