Dropped my s22 ultra at work and cracked the screen and back glass, called up for a quote and got a quick response, what colours were available and how soon it could be delivered (1 hour) if the colour I wanted wasn't in stock. The gentleman (forgot to grab his name) who served me was polite, professional and gave me a good deal on repairs, a new case and screen protector. Had my phone fixed, looking brand new and well protected in under an hour. Highly recommend going here in the unfortunate event you damage your phone!
Vivian was so so helpful assisting my older mother find an acceptable charger for her iPhone 8. Asked about the shape of the port in her phone, brought out a range of options and explained their features (cheapest, fast-charging, and 3m length), and ensured we had a wall port that fit our selection! Very clear and simple explanations for less tech-savvy people like us!
