My husband was promised one thing - and then they expected another. He and I set it up so that our payment would be on the day I was paid, yet the accounts manager, Carlos, who set up our account stated that he never said that. I have paperwork that says otherwise. He was extremely rude on the phone and treated me very disrespectfully stating that I "did not know what I was talking about." Originally I was willing to recommend them to people, as they were helpful during the purchasing process, but since then they have not been the same. Carlos even went as far as to lie and say he did not set up the account, yet he spoke to my husband the day before where he said, "I was the one that set up your account." It's sad because I don't believe all their associates are this rude, but Carlos absolutely is. Maybe they should look for someone with better customer service to run their accounts. EDIT: After posting my review a VP, Dino, from the company called to find out exactly what happened. He listened to my concerns, explained he was sorry for the way in which I was treated and helped to solve my problem. It is nice to see that this company will check into all reviews and make sure they have satisfied customers. Even though my first experience wasn't great, Dino helped to make it better - and has earned a lifetime customer and someone who will recommend this business to others. Thank you Dino.
