I can't Thank everyone at RNR Patient Transfer Services enough for the care they showed with arranging the service to the Drivers that transferred my Mom home from the hospital. Thank You!
The ride was far from smooth the equipment was old and the man driving was so inconsiderate of the fact that he was transporting a patient with injuries. Speeding over train tracks and round abouts, not even slowing down for bends, taking corners so fast, slamming on breaks. Got to the point where I was verbally getting pissed off and although I paid to be transported to and from my house in a stretcher and I have a broken leg, by the time I got home I told them to just go and I’d figure out getting in my house myself. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE PLACE ! WASTE OF MONEY!! STAY FAR GAR FAR AWAY! Customer service is an 0!!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stats I certainly would! DO NOT BOOK!
