I have been to Runo’s twice now. Ben has the ability to bring healing to the body, not only with his hands but also with his loving presence. He holds a safe and tranquil space which allows one to truly relax, receive and unwind. My body is opening and releasing in ways that I haven’t experienced in a very long time (or possibly ever) and for that I am grateful.
