Wow, what an amazing experience and healer. Felt so supported, held and safe throughout. At the end, felt relaxed and energized at the same time. Being with Ben is like standing beneath a old beautiful tree...wisdom, strength and peace.
Thoroughly enjoyed this experience, I highly recommend RUNO. Ben is so welcoming and knows how to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. He is very proficient in working on your body, whatever your specific needs might be. I'm glad I managed to find him again after visiting him previously at Float a few years ago This space itself is a lovely environment and I will be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Not only is Ben a beautiful person with a beautiful supportive energy and space, his touch is incredible. I went to see him today, completely exhausted…and after 1 hour my body and mind feel more grounded and at ease. Highly recommend!

I felt safe, cared for, understood and welcome from the first moment I arrived, in quite a harried mess as I'd taken a few wrong turns. I've gone back because Benny is a wizz who has supported me so substantially on my journey to healing I couldn't be where I am without him.
