First of all, we were immediately greeted individually and asked multiple times if we needed help or were looking for anything in particular. It’s a very inviting environment! Megan was super helpful with getting a gait analysis for my partner so she could get new running shoes. She was extremely consultative and asked good questions to help us find the right fit. It wasn’t a high pressure sales environment and we truly felt like we were guided to the right fit. Will definitely be back!
I stop by to check out the store, I got fitted with shoe I don't typically get based on my uses. The shoes worked great for awhile and then my feet started hurting, mostly in the heel area. Called the store and talked to Amy, she said bring them in and she would help me out. She exchanged my shoes for a different pair that will work. I will definitely go back when I need another pair. Thank you!
Investing in running gear can feel like a risky endeavor but I felt good about it when I was told I could try a pair for a few weeks and if I hated them I could bring them back. Especially since the long distance pair I was looking at were a completely different style and type than what I’ve trained in previously!
Stopped into RNK Running in Castle Rock because I needed a new pair of running shoes to keep the wife happy and I’m glad I did. Alex was awesome! He really took the time to understand what I needed and set me up with the perfect pair. Definitely recommend RNK if you want great service and gear that actually works for you.
