I bought some shoes that, in the moment, seemed perfect. After using them, however, they didn't feel as great as I'd hoped. RNK took them back. Not only did they take them back, they asked me to use them a little more first. After running several times in them, I went in and they helped me find a new pair that I love! They applied the full amount of the original purchase to the new shoes. This is customer service that I thought no longer existed. I will be buying all my shoes from them!
It’s a sweet store with friendly knowledgeable staff. Stop by for one of their group runs. They carry Topo shoes.
