I cannot say enough good things about RNK Running and Walking. My journey to finding the right shoe was a long one, but the staff's patience and expertise were incredible. Morgan and Darrick, in particular, were absolute professionals. I went in with my daughter to find a new pair of shoes for walking. We worked with Trent who was amazingly helpful!! Such great customer service!! He worked with my daughter to find a shoe that met her needs regardless of brand. A big plus was being able to support a local business!
Good shoe store
They were rude and belittling toward me while I tried to find the right shoes. They seemed to feel they had better things to do then help me try on shoes. They told me that I did not need corrective shoe wear, but I later found out the shoes they sent me home with are corrective shoes. I called to verify their refund policy within two weeks, and I was encouraged to try them longer and assured they would still refund them.
