We were in town on vacation and decided to do some shopping. My friend had never had a pair of 'good' shoes, and I told her we needed to find her some Hokas. This store was such a 10/10 experience. They analyzed her foot shape and gait, gave her options and took her personal style and preferences into consideration. It was such a great first-time experience for her, and that is due entirely to the fantastic and attentive staff.
These guys are amazing! They took the time to measure my feet, talk through the different options and made sure I had the right fit and shoes before leaving the store.
Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They aimed for the correct fit, not the most expensive one. Would go here again.
Purchased a pair of ASICS Metaspeed. Customer service was great and the shop is in a safe location.
Came into the Castle Rock store today and had an incredible experience - the folks that work here are so kind, patient and knowledgeable. I found a pair of shoes that I liked but had to go to the Parker store to pick them up and, you guessed it….they were just as kind and knowledgeable as the Castle rock crew. I won’t buy my running shoes from anywhere else going forward!
