I ordered a complete service kit for (2) 23 Uforce 1000 XLs. I only received 1 kit and when I called RNG, the lady was very polite and professional when I told her what happened. They acknowledged the issue and resolved it promptly by sending my second kit out quickly! A+ service would highly recommend!
