If I could I would leave a 0 rating. My husband shipped a cfmoto clutch system to them via UPS packed tightly the way they recommended and insured it for the whole $800 it was worth. When they shipped it back it came through USPS they insured it for the minimum $100. The box was too big and they used a small piece of bubble wrap between them. So enroute it rolled around. After watching some of their videos I figured I would support the business and order oil and filter that I needed for my first service. When the order came I noticed it was in a long rectangular box ( not expecting that for 5 quarts of oil and a filter) the tape wasn’t stuck at all and I could just tip out the contents.
