I just made my first purchase from RNG. After an email from Laura and an after hours call back on Monday. I picked my part up with no issues the next day. I have had a few issues with my cf moto. If not for their company"s transparency about the brand I would of never purchased a cf moto. The fact of the matter is all brands have problems he is trying to resolve issues and keep us riding. Was trying to get some information on 35 inch tires for you for us. The instructions mentioned the kit is for 32 but can work up to 35 sent multiple emails trying to get information on RPMs and top speeds and got directed to a website that doesn’t work and to instructions that I already have. I just need a little bit of technical support called the office got no support not sure I’d recommend moving forward with this company due to the support. That they provide. Quite the response
Have e mailed twice asking for advise on what to order 2 weeks apart ( enough time for any company to respond ) heard nothing, looks like its an out of control company now that doesnt care
Buyer beware this place won’t respond back to emails or phone messages. I placed an order last month only received part of my order! Everything was in stock according to the website at the time of order. The owner claims publicly on social media that once it ships it’s not his problem. Well the box was 100% intact and not damaged. So I ordered clutches on July 2nd to be shipped to Missouri. I am sitting here 18 days later with no clutch. I have called and asked about my order and was told they were in columbia Missouri 30 miles away. Waited a week still no clutch. Called back today and was told postal service was having problems delivering it, but it would be here today. Still sitting here with no clutch.
