VERY disappointed. We bought a beautiful bedroom set and now 15 months later the stain is just vanishing off of certain spots. I called them and they said I could TRY re-staining it with old english and that "might" work. When we purchased we were NEVER told to clean it with anything specific and so we have only used a duster, no cleaner. NOW, they say we should have been using a liquid cleaner. Our first experience with RND was about 3 1/2 years ago. We found their booth at traders village in houston. we ordered a dinning room table from them, they were wonderful and amazing. They even delivered it to our home in hempstead texas. Everyone had commented on our table it was the hit of our thanksgiving dinner and any dinner weve had since. we also commisioned them to make our baby cradle. we wanted something to match our dinning room table as well. I was very pleasantly surprised when I went into this wonderful little store. Actually, I shouldn't call it little....it's quite spacious. When we first pulled into their parking lot, I told my niece we would never be able to afford anything in there......boy was I wrong!!! The prices are unbelievably affordable. We ended up buying quite a bit! Their items are all handcrafted by their family members. They have beautiful woodwork...furniture and decor. They have metal art, also handmade by family members.
