My little sister‘s card got hacked (shes connected to my account) . We’ve gone in TWICE to get the negative balance figured out. The first time they did a claim and said that they were gonna get it done. Two weeks passed and nothing happened so we went in again and they told us AGAIN they would get it done that day. I have been banking with Rawlins State Bank for six years and truly appreciate their clear communication, dependable service, and friendly team. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate me on several occasions, and I deeply value their commitment to serving our community.
Very disappointing as a whole. They now make their own hours, close as early as they want (before 5pm today!) and shut entirely on Saturdays, even all the information, including the message on the phone when is answered Saud they will be open. Sas, was a great hometown bank with great services.
