Tried float therapy (first time here, second time overall). It was so helpful. And this clinic is accommodating, with the shower room and locker. I was able to relax so many of my tension points by stretching around, following however my body was needing to move, feeling weightless in the water. Yes, I'm the owner, but I want to share my recent experience with float therapy. I myself normally float for insomnia relief and to just quiet my brain (I swear it runs nonstop! lol). Before and during the new float cabin installation, I had been dealing with horrible pain in my shoulder and arm (due to a pinched nerve) for months on end.
