I approached RMT in the first instance as I have a pre-existing shoulder injury, which im now, only seriously trying to rectify. I found Sam to be a very engaging, professional individual with a great disposition. He was very accommodating and generous with his knowledge and time so as to establish my own unique recovery plan. Not only was I helped in understanding what the issues were that I was having but I was also shown how to help these issues myself (which were very simple and easy to implement), for every step I was able to get an explanation as to why and how I can fix these issues, I’m so thankful I found somewhere I can go to get knowledge and help when needed, would recommend to everyone!
Sam is a fantastic practitioner. He is very knowledgeable and I'd recommend him to anyone in need of a massage and dry needling.
Sam was very professional and his knowledge of massage and injury rehabilitation were excellent. I’ve had plenty of sport and remedial massages in my life and can say Sam’s proficiency was up with there the best of them. I will definitely be using RMT Injury & Recovery again in the future.
