I went to see Richard’s show room which is beautiful in Carol Stream. A family business and they are all lovely. Richard was very professional. Tom who did my install was exact and easy to work with. Richard went above and beyond in my design making sure I had high end finishes for a very affordable price. He came over to measure and designed the kitchen on the spot. Not only was he very knowledgeable about all products and the process but he was very patient, not pushy at all and incredible customer service.
