Very, very nice staff and gorgeous boat. Very open to understanding of improvements they can do for ADA guest. I use a wheelchair due to issues with my legs. Enjoyed how the festival was part of the boat and how easy it was to go back-and-forth.
I love it, when I was a kid back the the 80's it was all about the Queen Mary, I'll never forget the ghost that appeared to my right as I came out of the bathroom porthole, a man with a beard and clothes from another period lost in time
I recommend always getting a room at the Queen Mary for all of the different festivals that they have there. It was a great experience.
