Je tiens à partager mon expérience avec le bureau de Remillard & Remillard Notaires. Il est extrêmement difficile d’obtenir un retour d’appel ou même une réponse par courriel. Le suivi est pratiquement inexistant, et l’organisation générale du bureau laisse sérieusement à désirer. I wouldn't recommend him as I believe he doesn't ensure the due diligence of everything required to buy or sell a property. I chose Mr. Rémillard as my notary in 2022 when I bought a rental property and he only provided to me a normal copy without the seal (not a certified copy) of the certificate of localisation. At that moment, I didn't know that I needed a certified copy. I sold that property recently and I had to provide a certified copy to the buyer for which I had to pay an extra 345$ to acquire a certified copy wherea... read more
First time buyer. I had a great experience with notary Remillard, he accepted my file within a short delay, and I signed within 2 weeks. Very professional, knowledgeable and he took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend.
Accueil téléphonique très peu professionnel, manquant de neutralité et de discrétion lorsque contacté en juin pour obtenir des explications quant aux délais pour fixer une date de signature. On invoque alors la surcharge autour du 1er juillet. Heureusement, le dossier a été transféré à un collègue beaucoup plus agréable pour la signature, néanmoins dans des bureaux sombres et surchargés de documents et boîtes.
