RMC may have great courses and learning materials but their customer service is severely lacking. I spent three days trying to purchase the PMP-ACP Fasttrack software from them. On day I I tried to purchase the software in their store. At the time I was shopping, there was only ONE PMP-ACP Fasttrack product in their store and it was for the hard copy and charged shipping.
