I ordered and paid for something online on April 4. My card was charged that day. Two weeks later I still had not received the item. I wrote to them on April 14 to ask where my order was. On April 15 they uploaded tracking information but did not take the item to the post office. The item was taken to the post office today, April 20, but only because I asked about it. This store is the worst. No apology, no explanation. If you can't provide good customer service, you are in the wrong business.
The cutest boutique I have ever been to! Honestly, shopping here made me wish I lived in Savannah but now I just have another reason to go back there. Gorgeous selection of clothes and the attention to detail is everything! Can't wait to visit again.
Overall great experience! Definitely one of the spots my wife has to visit when in Savannah. Rosa & her staff are always super nice & helpful 👍🏼👍🏼
