The Operator is very rude and unprofessional! I was just trying to get a paid in full letter to prove I paid off my loan. She kept cutting me off as I spoke, she couldn’t even find my information because she kept over talking me.
They lie to you telling you they work for a law office. Then one person agree to a lower amount and when you call back two minutes later it's higher.
