I bought a brass table lamp at a fantastic price! The lamp itself was fantastic quality and looked a lot more expensive, The lamp was strong and sturdy with heavy base. It looked and felt even better than the pictures! I had a few questions so had to use the customer service team....really easy to get hold of them by ringing them or email. This company is awesome. Not only for the products - I purchased to lamp shades but for the communication and delivery service. Every step of the way you get informed what's happening and delivery is very quick. DHL delivered my parcel and the box didn't have a mark on it - perfectly packed by Ruma. Also sensible prices - cannot reccommend enough. Makes online shopping so much easier as often it can be stressy
Recently bought small console table. However corner damaged in transit. Spoke to Ruma who were really quick to respond and sort out. New table arrived 4 days later. Really good quality and perfect for what I wanted. Would highly recommend this company for both the quality and service. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase from them again.
