Had signed quote for work to be done. The person that did the quote for the work called me 3 days after work was agreed and scheduled and said that he made a mistake and had to charge me more for labor because he did his math wrong. Popped and attitude when I questioned him on how he was going to fix? Said he was trying to be professional with me and insinuated I was not being professional by asking him how he was going to fix. Called back to get clarification after receiving 15 estimates for one job. Was transferred to a manager who was rude. She told me they don’t break down estimates showing price of generator and cost of installation. It would take to long to price out the wire and screws. I tried to explain I just want to know what I’m paying for (parts/equipment vs. installation) she said they don’t do that. Does not follow through on commitments. Not people of their word.
Never there, milks the clock, leaves wires hanging out the walls, some hot no caps, overbills, incomplete work, not what I thought they should be. I am very disappointed in their workmanship. Would not recommend to anyone.
