The worst!!!! The receptionist could care less. Damaged $1000’s of dollars worth of furniture, with the most apathetic, unhelpful, “well you accepted it” tone. Never again!!! Stay away from this company at all costs.
Worst delivery experience ever, left stuck with two Potter Barn loft beds, I pieces, consuming my living room. Crew said the head board and footboard is missing from one bed and the wood slats missing from the other! "White Glove" is a joke, the white lacquer bed has oil and hand grime all over! Called multiple times, only to be told someone would be calling me back, which never happens! Or call the warehouse which only routes back to the care center! I had an awful experience with this company re: a Pottery Barn order. I was given two, different time windows for delivery, and when the driver didn’t come during the first window, I called Ryder, explaining that I needed to leave my house for one hour. I was told that it was okay to leave because there were four more deliveries before me. Apparently, ten minutes after I left my house the driver arrived. I never received a phone call beforehand or anything. I was told he waited about 10 minutes at my house before leaving. I ... read more
