My first conversation with Robin was all the good. My second conversation, after a payment was receive revieled another side of her that is rude, arrogant, unprofessional. After an initial conversation where she listened to problems I had with two other firms she said she could help me. Let's start off by saying that even one star for RLH Tax Services is an absolute joke!!! So if you want to pay a tax service literally thousands of your hard earned money with no actual service of any kind in return then this is definitely place for you. If not, then I highly suggest you go literally anywhere else for your tax needs. Very unresponsive and hardly ever in their office during the regular hours posted. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I gave them my personal and business taxes. They took $1000 to file a power of attorney, never gave timelines or deadlines and because it took longer than expected to get some of my old documents back from another CPA who no longer practices. they told me they were keeping my money and I could come pick up my paperwork to give to another CPA. Robin was an absolute life saver. She communicated well start to finish and went above and beyond even after her job was technically finished. I’m so thankful for her knowledge and services. Do yourself a favor and go see her
