This place is my sanctuary that has saved me from chronic pain and changed my way of using movement to heal my body. I’ve been working with Walter for two years now. I highly recommend Walter as a personal trainer, physical therapist with a focus on posture. His program uses physical position and motion to align the spine and improve posture, which helps to eliminate or reduce the risk of bodily injury and minimize any pain.
