This was the best thing that I did to help my spinal stenosis. I have scoliosis in my back with spinal stenosis which caused a pinched nerve down my left leg . Walking around and standing was a horrible torture especially walking on hard floors. I started therapy with Walter five years ago. I did my exercises almost every day missing very little at all.
