Update - The President and CEO of the company just called me and we had a very productive phone call. Incredibly professional. Seems as if more of the fault falls on the government liaison which does not seem surprising. If you are experiencing issues with your move, don't stay quiet about it. Absolutely amazing company and team. They took care of my family from start to finish. RLD packed all my items into boxes, loaded them into the truck, drove 14 hours to my new home and unpacked all my boxes. Not one broken item. They are exactly what you would look for in a month company. Highly recommend !!
