Nope, not using them again. They do not respect time. I moved a flight a day to accommodate the date they wanted to deliver a freight shipment (a Monday). They missed the appointment completely and said they would be able to do it Wednesday now. Unfortunately, I will be out of town for work on Wednesday so need to push it. The person working the phone immediately said if they can't deliver Wednesday, there will be storage charges, demanding that they deliver on that one specific date rather than setting up an appointment lik... read more
