We have used R+L for years contracting with the Wheeling, IL branch for our shipping needs. Recently, one of our shipping crates was damage by R+L in transit. We followed up with Armando, the service center manager to find out what happened to our shipping container that got smashed. Armando talks a great game, but has zero follow-up. We have sent several company emails and I have talked to him by phone several times. He promises action and delivers nothing. We are looking for alternative carriers.
R and l carriers here is professional, hard working group of people. Not easy to do near Chicago, but get the job done
