William was amazing. After confirming with my vendor 3x they were NOT sending it freight, I gave them my UPS store mailbox address, and they sent it freight anyway... William would have been perfectly within his rights to mark the delivery as invalid and return it, but instead waited in the parking lot until I could get there and then helped me take the 6 boxes off the pallet and throw them in my truck.
