Great shipping experience
Bad customer service , sassy attitude when talking to customers, lack of care. After a supplier chose this company to deliver a product and experiencing all the above I wasn't surprised to come here and see the amount of similar bad reviews.
I seriously doubt any employee has a shred of care or even training, for that matter. Seems to be a theme of management incompetence here.
William made my day! His positive attitude is infectious! I could not be more happy wit the delivery, everything was intact and William placed it inside the garage. Outstanding!!
