After checking BBB and recent reviews, this is really no surprise…A week late and two missed deliveries. They didn’t even call me for the second one, I had to call them. Rude and condescending on the phone and only focused on controlling a narrative that they’re right, and everybody else is wrong. When challenged for an actual solution; that was too triggering for them and I was left on hold twice. I regularly have $1k worth of dog food delivered on a pallet. On my most recent shipment, I had some issues getting it delivered to me. When RL Carriers called to schedule the delivery, I told them I was not going to be available that day, but they wouldn’t let me choose another day for delivery and tried to come anyway. previously, they would let me select morning or afternoon, and which day is best. I was out of office, like I told them I would be, and not with my work phone. I called them on Monday and got it rescheduled ... read more
