Had 5 pallets of banquet chairs delivered to a construction site with a gravel path and a huge rain storm incoming - the driver Ricky W was an absolute superhero - he worked with us to lay out a plywood platform and skillfully unloaded the delivery making it possible for us to move the goods in minutes before the rain. He went the extra mile and it was so appreciated! This guy loved his job and really cares! Thanks Ricky and R&L! (Is the R for Ricky?)

Absolutely will never use this company again I had to take off of work to be here for the package, at 10:00 the morning of delivery they called me saying it was postponed untill the next day and refused to give and compensation for there mess up if I could give 0 stars I would

Kudos to Kathy Dougherty out of the Baltimore location for going out of her way to ensure my delivery was completed. She was a rock among pebbles in this regard. My shipment was originally delayed due to damage. This put the project on an unanticipated hold. Delivery stayed further until Kathy stepped in to ensure it was at my location - free of damage. I really appreciate the commitment she displayed in a time where its seems to be difficult to find caring individuals...a true asset to your organization.

Absolutely unacceptable service – would give zero stars if I could. We recently had a large delivery through R+L Carriers (a pool on a pallet), and I’m genuinely shocked at the lack of customer care and common sense. The driver left this massive package directly in front of our mailbox at the bottom of our driveway — not only blocking our mail but creating a hazard. We live on a hill, but every other carrier (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, freight companies) has managed to deliver to our home without issue. When I called to find out wh... read more
