I needed some parts (pad, battery, oil warmer) for a generator we are installing here at my place. I went to RKS. The customer service was above and beyond. I didn’t realize I was dealing with the business owner until he gave me his personal business card just in case I had a question. I think he is a very down to earth individual who takes good care of the customer. The next day, I needed to buy a wire and he made it possible for me to get it just about on the weekend. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And the owner is incredibly rude and condescending. Definitely do not recommend!!!
