I really wanted to try these meters out and potentially switch our 30+ meter line. I inquired through the website twice with no response. I did get Bob Carroll's information. I talked to him on the phone and he said he would follow up with me. After two unanswered emails I have given up on the company. It looks like a great product but the customer service and sales are nonexistent.
Great service, quick turn around. Very responsive.
