We ordered a velvet queen bed set with built in storage without seeing it. I saw it online and saw enough photos and felt confident purchasing it. I messaged on whatsapp and was able to connect with someone and get the purchase and shipment set up. I loved the final product and the storage inside is exactly what we needed.
They are very nice and helpful, I purchased my living room and dining room set from Rk Roya helped us to choose right furniture, the price was so lower than other places we have been 👌
Be careful and record all your conversations! On my first visit, prices were quoted, when I arrived to buy furniture, they were quoted different prices. Moreover, if I pay in cash, the price increases🤣 I looked at their reviews with photographs, many of them were taken in their store, which means they write these reviews themselves.
Their quality is not good whatever I bought before is broken now and they don’t respond.
RK is my go to store for home decor in toronto! I send them a photo of what I’m looking for and either Naz or Roya immediately send me options with the lowest pricing. So glad i discovered them a few years ago
