The experience we had here was great. Aldemar was so patient and knowledgeable about the product. The workers who came to install the generator were also very accommodating. The people who did the electrical work to get it working were very professional and patient in explaining how everything worked. My husband and I were very very satisfied.

My transfer switch (which was installed 10 months ago) stopped working properly and RK Power honored their guaranteed by having someone come out to troubleshoot and repair. So far it has worked as it should. The tech that came out was very professional, kind, and completed the task quickly. The customer service reps on the phone were also very professional and efficient.
