After a paid consultation that went well and a sizeable deposit into their trust account, they then delivered nothing they promised. Calls and emails unanswered over a two week period, so I terminated after two weeks of constantly chasing them. Only after termination did the business manager apologise and admit staffing challenges. Meanwhile, I lost two weeks, a paid consultation, three figure credit card surcharge and had to go elsewhere.
