I bought a piece for my daughter off this gentleman. I believe he was the owner of the store. he was so helpful and gave me an excellent price. I recommend this place 10 out of 10 great selection and great atmosphere.
They overcharge on silver by DOUBLE, and on gold by about 50%. I’m fairly new to the gold and silver game, I made the mistake of not checking the prices before walking in. And I got taken.. my mistake, but they’re very dishonest.
I visited this jewelry store with my friends, and we were shocked by how rude and unprofessional the staff was — particularly an older gentleman who treated us with clear disrespect. He was unfriendly, unhelpful, and even went so far as to tell us to leave. After the visit, I checked the reviews and realized that many others had shared similar negative experiences. I truly wish I had read those before coming. Avoid this place. The customer service is unacceptable, and it's clear they do not value or welcome their customers
Came in for a bracelet, told him the style and he straight to the point showed me exactly what I was looking for great business left within 15 minutes, lady was also very kind helping look for a necklace great place
