We bought curtains and blinds for our newly build house in July 2022. Kalpa had been extremly helpful in the whole process from helping us to choose the right materials and styles to completion of the installation. I have only just realised that the living room's blinds are kind of see-through when the lights are on. So I texted Kalpa for advice when she was on a business trip to Paris. I went back to fix a blind which I had purchased - rather hesitantly because my experience with the shop 6 years ago had been far from great. Turns out it is now being run by a new owner- Kalpa. She was amazing - no job is too small. I found her to be super professional, attentive, friendly, helpful and this is clearly her passion. She is very easy to reach on the phone and responds immediately. I have been literally blown away by her Customer Service. All my future curtains and blinds will be from her now. Highly recommend.
Absolutely love our new blinds and metallic nets. Put the final perfect touch, to our new dining room. Kalpa is fantastic to deal with. Her work is to perfection. She delivered on time. Kalpa and her team were always pleasant and polite as well as very professional. Kalpa gave us an excellent service from start to finish and was always friendly and knowledgable. Unevenly spaced double pinch, wrong colour material of what I chose, hangs unevenly, doesn’t keep appointments. Promised a fix but never hear back. I tried to support local small business and got shafted.
