I was in there this morning and bought a bottle of Irish whiskey for a gift for my uncle I was visiting. I brought it back and he said he's allergic to Irish whiskey brought it back to the store half hour later unopened with my original receipt, clerk said that it's a federal law, they're not allowed to take returns on alcohol or cigarettes once it leaves the store. I looked it up, there is no such federal law and there is no Alabama state law either. on the website for Al's Liquors their customer service link does not work ... read more
Be careful shopping here you’ll tear your car up in the parking lot. I was told that it was brought to their attention many times, but the management doesn’t care.
