If I could rate a 0 I would. Filed one year with her and she messed up on my husband’s itin application. After receiving the letter that it was rejected, I tried multiple times to try and get a hold of her and no answer, finally after several months was able to get in touch with her and she was supposed to fix the issue but instead filed for the itin a different year instead of amending.
