Bought an iPhone 11 from the store only to find out it wasn’t a genuine battery or screen display he even told me it was so I have constant messages on my phone I can’t get rid of. When I put my phone on charge the battery gets so hot that I have to put it on a baking tray. It doesn’t hold its charge either Took the phone back into the shop next day to tell the guy the problem he wasn’t very interested he didn’t care less and he didn’t give me my money back for my phone or try to rectify the problem.
