We did the rounds visiting all the sofa suppliers and found exactly what we were looking for at R&J Leather in Tannochside. Elaine was great to deal with and head and shoulders above other retailers. We even managed to save the wait and relieve her of the showroom model that was only just in 😁 Great product, Great price and Great service!
On a dreecht Easter Monday we decided to go to Birkenshaw Ind Estate just to browse for a suite. After testing out various suites material and leather with no success in 4 previous shops we entered R&J Leather with little hope! The choice and quality of suites was excellent as was our sales lady Elaine. Within 30mins we were back in the car delighted with our choice of a leather suite at a very competitive price. My husband and I have recently ordered a new suite from r&j uddingston and I can say Elaine was amazing throughout the full process, she helped us make the correct decision and didn’t force the sale on us at all, she was funny and very kind and I must say a credit to the business. Bought a brand new sofa out of R and J in the Uddingston branch today. We dealt with Elaine who was fantastic no pushy sales tactics or following you about the shop, we went looking for her once we decided on a sofa and she was really attentive and sincere she gave us the best deal she possibly could absolutely delighted with what she done for us. Would definitely come back here and seek out Elaine if I was buying another sofa in the future. Brilliant!
