If I could rate zero stars I would. This guy has no business doing personal taxes, completely incompetent, could not process basic information (that I gave to him and explained specifically), this is with BASIC W2’s. Filed an extension for me because he couldn’t get it done in time, misspelled my last name and used the wrong SSN, so I was deficient and had to pay extra only for him to hand my taxes over to another individual who was very competent and finished my taxes in 2 hours.
