Professional, organized and friendly. A 2 day move, day one packing, day two moving to their storage facility as we were headed to a new furnish location. This team of 7 that arrived at our home on day two, where so caring, gentle, fast, friendly and the teams personalities were fresh and fun. This crew was very gentle with what was an emotional move for my family. If I could give more than 5-stars I would!
Recently moved from a townhouse to a house in Waterville Valley and the RJ Crowley team couldn’t have been better. They were fast, efficient and courteous beyond out expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again.
RJ Crowley did a great job of moving and storing our furniture and appliances during a renovation process. The process was efficient and professional, from the quote process through to our furniture being delivered back to our condo. Tara in the office was very helpful and flexible in accommodating several schedule changes in the delivery time line. The final invoice was accurate and on budget with the initial quote. I highly recommend using RJ Crowley for any moving and storage needs.
Tommy & Will arrived promptly, went right to work & finished quickly (under timeframe per Estimate). They worked with the customer, listening to all requests/suggestions, very professional yet with a kind & caring manner, and extraordinarily polite.
