I've had a really horrible time dealing with Rize's customer service and wanted to warn any potential buyers. 1. Rize admitted to me that they are nothing more than an e-commerce company of a few people in an office in Canada. They don't build these bikes, nor can they fix them, NOR CAN THEY EVEN RECEIVE returned bikes, all they possess are outgoing shipping hubs. They have no way to re-package or re-stock anything here in the US or Canada so they decide to take a huge restocking fee to deter dissatisfied customers from atte... read more
