DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are an illegitimate business. They charged my card in full well in advance of our contract and then they cancelled via email less than 48 hours before our event. They ultimately refunded everything but never called nor returned my calls or emails. I plan to report them to the CA Better Business Bureau as you can see from the multiple recent reviews, they have done this to countless times recently.
Company a no show! I wish I could give a zero. Have a group sitting and waiting. Ruined our planned day. Would not recommend.
The driver didn’t show up. This is horrible! I’m not happy, so not use them!

Prepaid trip for 11 people. Only day to do trip. Have confirmation for pickup at 10am THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. WOULD NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. !! Pitiful.
