The team at Riviera Outdoor Decor is fabulous! Their products are exactly as pictured/described and they offer very reasonable pricing for the quality of products they offer. Throughout the process, REAL PEOPLE offered excellent customer service by doing things like checking in with updates about shipping time lines and reaching out to see if I was satisfied with my new outdoor sectional! I would absolutely recommend working with Riviera Outdoor Decor and hope I have the opportunity to work with them again in the future.
Excellent customer service. Made sure my furniture arrived before Memorial Day as I requested. Everything came in great condition having been packaged with care. I ordered an outdoor dining table and chairs--also, couch and chairs with coffee table--lots of big items--everything is great.
I definitely recommend they went out of their way to clean my built in griddle call them you won't regret it

Great experience designing and installing our outdoor kitchen including cabinets, countertop, fridge and griddle. Excellent quote with recommendations and various options presented prior to the project beginning. My family is very happy with the final product and enjoyed working with Mark and Melissa.
