I’ve been looking forward to learning more about Rivian and most likely purchasing one. I walked into the showroom to find four guys lounging around on the couch on their phones. Didn’t look up, didn’t acknowledge me. After a few minutes of standing around I asked if anyone could help me. The one person who did eventually help just directed me to the website. Elijah and the staff at Rivian were friendly, informative, and helpful. I enjoyed learning more about the trucks and features.

As a new Rivian owner I was excited to visit but was sadly disappointed. I didn’t expect red carpet or anything extravagant but definitely thought it would be more welcoming. No chargers were available due to demo vehicles charging and the main floor was closed for a private event. The staff was friendly but a little stand-offish - nothing like the staff at the service center on North Lamar. No reason to return for me.
