My fiancé and I paid for a custom sofa table to be made while we were on vacation. After waiting the estimated build time, we contacted them for an update. They have not answered our phone calls, emails or Facebook messages regarding the status and what happened. It has been months and zero communication. Waste of time.
Beware of this business. Took $8100 for down payment on kitchen cabinets in May and in Sept I have not cabinets. I am taking him to court to see if I can get my money back. Also deals under the name of K&M Custom Cabinets.
The staff is very nice and helpful, and the showroom has some beautiful furniture in it, but this review is meant to reflect on the personality of the owner and president Ronnie Wheelock. He will lie cheat and steal as much movie as he possibly can from you. DO NOT TRUST HIM! The furniture his craftsmen construct is however beautiful and well built, so if you are not having custom work done or anything delivered then you should be fine.

My husband hired this place to install cabinets. Although the industry standard is to pay for cabinets in full once they’re finished this man asked for 50% up front. It was odd but we had no reason not to. Payed him $8,600. He gave us a 60day delivery date (about).
